Printing Times

All items are printed just for you (how cool is that?) and are sent to our printer partners within 24 hours of your order. Once with our partners, each item usually prints within 48 hours. Once printed, our providers ship your items to you via USPS.

Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping: Once your item is printed it is typically shipped out to you within 2-5 days. All items are shipped via USPS and include a tracking number included in your confirmation email.

International shipping: Unfortunately, we are not currently able to ship Internationally. We hope to change this in the future though, so please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for updates. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note: Our adult shirts + sweatshirts, youth shirts, and mugs are printed at different locations and so will be shipped separately. If you order different items (for example, an adult t-shirt, a youth shirt, and a mug), you will receive a tracking number for each shipment and they will arrive to you separately, though probably at the same time.

Style + Fit

We use unisex Bella + Canvas t-shirts and unisex Gildan for our sweatshirts as we’ve found their quality, weight, and sizing to be the most comfortable and consistent. In the event of an inventory issue, we may swap out a Bella + Canvas t-shirt for a Gildan as they are very comparable.

Since all of our items are printed just for you, please double check the sizes on your order before you hit submit.

Caring For your Items

T-Shirts: The best way to protect your print and keep it looking great is to wash your shirt inside out on gentle (unless you’re hard-core and are into hand washing). Dry on low heat.

Sweatshirts: Same as above. However, washing your sweatshirt inside out will affect how soft the inside of your hoodie is. This is a choice only you can make.

Mugs: Per the manufacturer, our mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, but if ever in doubt, hand wash.

Returns + Exchanges

Returns & exchanges may be accepted on a case by case basis for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of purchase. please reach out to boldandqueer@gmail.com regarding any returns or exchanges BEFORE you try to ship anything back to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs. Sale items are not eligible for return. Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt and inspection of original product and new tracking information will be provided.
